  1. Put the cream cheese, coconut oil and sweetener in a deep bowl. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until smooth;
  2. Spread the oily mixture into the grooves in a silicone mold. Put fatty bombs in the freezer for 2-3 hours;
  3. Remove the prepared fat beans from the freezer and leave to defrost for 10 minutes. Put ready meals on a la carte plates or in one large bowl.

  • Fat – 12 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Using a blender, chop the strawberries to a state of mashed potatoes. Add vanilla to the puree;
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and cream cheese;
  3. In a creamy mass, add strawberry puree. Mix all ingredients thoroughly;
  4. Pour the obtained base for fatty bombs over the grooves in silicone or cupcake mold. Put the form in the freezer for 40-60 minutes;
  5. Remove the prepared fatty bombs from the freezer and let it warm (about 15 minutes). Remove the defrosted treat from the silicone mold and place in a large bowl.

 

Lemon and Coconut Fat Bombs

  • Coconut oil – 250 ml.
  • Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon peel – 1 lemon
  • Coconut cream – 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp.
  • A pinch of salt

  • Kcal – 164
  • Protein – 1.4 gr.
  • Fat – 16 gr.
  • Carbohydrates – 4 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Put coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, coconut cream, erythritol, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a blender. Beat all ingredients thoroughly;
  2. Put the parchment on a wide plate. Spread the ready-mix for the fat bombs over the parchment. Place the plate with the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes;
  3. Remove the mixture, roll 10 balls of the same size out of it;
  4. Again, remove the fatty bombs in the freezer until it solidifies;
  5. Remove the finished fat balls from the freezer and leave to warm for 15 minutes.

You can also decompose the mass for fat bombs in silicone form to give the treat some form.
