- Butter (coconut oil) – 30 g.
- Psyllium – 1/2 tsp.
- Sukrin – 2 tablespoons.

- Milk – 1 tablespoon.
- Cocoa – 1 tablespoon.

Cooking from A to Z in one mug. Put butter in a mug and let it melt a bit in the microwave. That requires 10 45 seconds and depends on how cool it is.Grease the inner walls of the cup with the same butter with a napkin. Or you can pour it with a spoon.
Add the egg and sukrin to the butter. Then slightly beat with a fork.
Now you need to add cocoa, milk, flour with soda and psyllium and mix thoroughly with a fork.
