  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 pieces of bacon

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cheese
  • 100 g cheddar – grated or chopped
  • 100 g thinly sliced ham
  • 4 teaspoons mustard (no sugar)


Grate the cheese on a medium grater and mix with the eggs until smooth.

Pour ¼ of the dough onto a preheated, lightly oiled or greased pan. Quickly spread it over the surface by tilting the pan.

Fry the crepe for 2 minutes. Then turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.

Repeat all this with the remaining keto crepe dough.

Center between the resulting keto French crepes with equal parts of cheddar cheese, ham and mustard.

Then bend the edges of all the keto crepes to close the stuffing inside. Slightly fry the pancakes for 20 seconds so they do not fall apart.
