We will need:
- Almond flour — 145 gr
- Coconut flour — 70 gr
- Baking powder — 6 gr
- Sukrin 35 gr
- Eggs — 3 pcs
- Coconut oil — 85 gr
- Dark chocolate — 40 gr
- Pinch of salt
Set the oven to preheat to 180°C.
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and then let it cool a little.
In a deep bowl mix all the ingredients until they become smooth.
Chocolate must be cut in pieces and added to the dough. Mix it well so, that the chocolate is spread over the dough equally.
Divide the dough and form the balls.
On a baking sheet covered with the paper put the balls and press them down with your hands. They take the shape of cookies.
Bake for 8 minutes. Then take off the low carb cookies to chill on a distance from each other.
The low carb cookies are prepared without adding flour and sugar. It is a perfect treat for those, who prefer simplicity and taste.
- Coconut flakes – 90 gr
- Egg – 1pcs
- Fat cottage cheese – 250 gr
Start with the preparation of cottage cheese. Dry and small-grained product is more preferable. If there is a lot of milk whey in the curd, press it in a colander.
Combine cottage cheese, egg and sweetener together. Here the main thing — to make the mass as smooth as possible. It should reminiscent the consistency of cream cheese. Add coconut flakes and stir. The mass should stick together well, but not be dry.
Divide the mixture into small portions and put on covered with the paper baking sheet. Then slightly press them to form cookies.
Leave in the oven preheated to 200 degrees the cookies for 15-20 minutes or until they get golden atop. A minute and a half in convection mode will make the treat even more crispy on the outside.

- Almond flour – 120 gr
- Butter – 120 g
- Coconut flour – 15 gr
- Soda – ½ Teaspoon
- Erythritol – 5 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract -1½ tablespoons
- Egg – 1 pc
- Cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees cover a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix both kinds of flour, sweetener, soda and salt.
In another bowl put soften butter and cream it with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of erythritol and continue to beat for another 6-8 minutes. Then vanilla extract should be added along with egg and flour mixture. Blend all it thoroughly.
Mix cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of erythritol.
Form the balls and roll them in the cinnamon mix. Formed balls put on a baking paper and slightly press.
Bake low carb cookies for 6-8 minutes. After it leave them chilling for 10 minutes and enjoy!
