Layer of chocolate: melt the chocolate in water bath (or microwave). After that, mix it with mascarpone cheese until smooth. Whisk the cream and add them to the total mass, add a little salt and mix.
Put the mass on the coconut layer and put back in refrigerator.
White layer: whisk cream and add to mascarpone cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Put on the chocolate layer and get back in the fridge for 1 hour.
Chocolate icing: Melt the chocolate in water bath. Add cream and keep it on heat for 5 minutes. After this time, mix thoroughly to get the smooth mass. Pour the cake and leave in the fridge for a night.
