  • Large chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Small meat sausages – 2pcs.
  • Cream (10-12% fat) – 50 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Heat two pans on the stove, do not forget to add olive oil;
  2. Smash the chicken eggs in a deep bowl, add cream. Whisk the ingredients with a whisk. Add salt and pepper to the mixture, mix again;
  3. Place the sausages on the preheated pan. When the sausages roast, put them on a paper towel to remove excess butter;
  4. On a clean skillet fry spinach with salt and pepper;
  5. Cut the sausages into small pieces;
  6. Mix the finished spinach and sausages in one large bowl;
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the remaining oil and grease from the sausages;
  8. When the edges of the keto omelet become light golden and baked, about add sausages, spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Ingredients better put on one half of an omelet, then to close it;
  9. Hold the ingredients on the omelet for about 1 minute. After that, close the ingredients;
  10. Fry the closed keto omelette for another 2-3 minutes. Then flip the bundle to the other side. Your scrambled eggs should be thick enough so that you can call it ready;
  11. Put the ready keto omelette on the dish, decorate with a sprig of greens.

  • White onions – 2 tablespoons

  • Chorizo sausages – 35 gr.
  • Grated cheddar cheese – ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream – 1 tablespoon
  • Diced avocado – 1/8 cup
  • Sliced dry bacon slice – 1 pc.

  • Carbohydrates – 2.5 gr.
  • Protein – 18 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Fry the chorizo sausages in a skillet. Blot the finished sausages with a napkin to remove excess oil. Finished sausages, finely chop;
  2. In a deep bowl, beat the chicken eggs, add the spinach, thick whipped cream and finely chopped onion;
  3. Pour the mixture into a heated frying pan, which is greased with frying oil. Cook keto omelet at low or medium temperature;
  4. When the omelette is thick and golden, turn it over to the other side. Cover the omelet with a lid so that it is completely baked;
  5. Sprinkle keto omelet with cheddar cheese;
