  • Chicken – 150 gr
  • Cheese – 50 gr
  • Tomato – 1PC
  • Onion – 1PC
  • Greens

Preparation:

Set the oven for preheating.

Cut the zucchini in flat pieces.

Onions and tomatoes cut into half rings, chop the garlic. Put them and the thinly sliced boiled chicken on the zucchini pieces, then a little salt.

Then sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.

  • Zucchini – 3 PCs
  • Parmesan – 100 gr
  • Mozzarella – 180 gr
  • Eggs – 2 PCs
  • Passata – 45 gr
  • Ham – 150 gr
  • Green and spices

Preparation:

Grate zucchini and salt it. Carefully squeeze using gauze and put into a bowl.

Add eggs, grated hard cheese, salt and pepper. Stir of course.

  • Egg – 1PC
  • Sweet pepper – 2 PCs
  • Tomatoes – 1PC
  • Onion – 1PC
  • Ham – 200 gr
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr
  • A little bunch of green onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green (basil or dill for example)

Preparing:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Grind the chicken, spices and egg in a blender.

  • Champignons – 60 gr

  • Parmesan – 45 gr
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Set the oven preheat to 180 degrees.

Mix eggs and mayonnaise with a mixer.

  • Philadelphia cream cheese – 30 gr
  • Almond flour – 28 gr
  • Filling:

  • Olives – 100 gr

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the ham and sweet pepper. Grate the cheese that is for filling. Salami cut into round slices.

Mozzarella and Philadelphia, which are for the dough, should be melted in a microwave or stove. Add almond flour there and get a ball of low carb pizza dough.
