Peanut Bread Recipes

Peanut Butter Bread

This is a simple recipe that an adult and even a small child can cope with. In addition, peanut butter is inexpensive and it goes well with many flavors. Try this bread in combination with jam and a glass of milk. The great advantage of the recipe is that you can add banana, cinnamon, any supplement that you like to the bread.

What you need to make peanut bread:

  • Chicken eggs – 3 pieces
  • Soda – ½ tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Peanut butter – 250 grams (take butter, in which there is no sugar and other sweeteners)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sugar Substitute – 1 tsp.
  • Spices and nuts, grains (they are optional. You can simply add what you like)

How to make peanut bread:

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (or 350°F);
  • Mix in a deep bowl the eggs, sugar substitute, spices, peanut butter and salt. Blend all ingredients thoroughly with a blender or whisk until you get a homogeneous mass;
  • Quench the soda with vinegar and mix thoroughly with the resulting mixture of eggs, peanut butter and other ingredients;
  • Lubricate the baking molds with butter or use baking paper. In the form lay out the ready mix for peanut bread;
  • Also you can put a few nuts or seeds above, so that the top of the bread looks it will look beautiful;
  • Put the dough into the oven and leave to cook for 25 minutes. We all have different ovens, so this is only an approximate time for baking bread. When 25 minutes have passed, open the oven and pierce the bread with a toothpick. Take out a toothpick and see how clean it is. If there are traces of dough on it, it means that the bread is not ready yet and it should be kept a little more in the oven. If the toothpick is dry, then your peanut bread is ready;
  • Remove the bread and cool it down on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Count the amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates and cut as much bread as you need!

Peanut Flour Bread

This is a more complex recipe for peanut bread, but it has more flavors. It looks like ordinary bread, but it smells delicious like peanuts.

Cooking time: 55 minutes

What you need to make peanut bread:

  • Chicken eggs – 6 pieces
  • Peanut flour – 100 grams
  • Milk – 100 milliliters
  • Baking Powder – 3 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 50 milliliters
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • Fiber – 1 tsp.
  • Dry yeast – 1 tub spoon

How to make peanut flour bread:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (or up to 356°F)
  • Sift flour;
  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, fiber and yeast. Stir;
  • Separate the yolks from the proteins and spread them in different bowls;
  • Beat yolks with milk, flour mixture and other dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly;
  • In another bowl, whip protein and lemon juice. Beat until stable peaks;
  • Add 1/3 of whipped proteins to the dough and mix the dough thoroughly. Repeat the action until all the proteins are mixed with the dough;
  • Put in the form of baking paper;
  • Put the ready dough into the form and smooth it with a spatula;
  • Put the dough in the oven for 30-40 minutes. We all have different ovens, so this is only an approximate time for baking bread. When 30-40 minutes have passed, open the oven and pierce the bread with a toothpick to check its readiness;
  • Remove the peanut bread and let it cool on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Count the amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates and cut as much bread as you need!
